At Devonshire House bed and breakfast you can check-in anytime after 4.30pm and Check-out before 10.30am. However, we do our best to suit our customer’s needs. Please request early or late check-in times in advance.

At Devonshire House bed and breakfast we offer a discount for those paying on arrival as we do not incur the fees charged by our online payment providers for cheques or cash. We provide online payment as a convenience, especially for those overseas.

Each of Devonshire Houses room has a Double bed (sleeping 1 or 2 people). However, we can add an additional single bed where requested or for parties of 4-6 people, we can join both rooms via an adjoining door, allowing 3 people per room. 

At Devonshire House bed and breakfast we require that a non-refundable deposit is paid for advanced bookings or the full price is paid when booking online. Please contact us or see our booking policy for more information.

Devonshire House bed and breakfast is located almost exactly between Weston-Super-Mare and Bristol and is very less than a couple of minutes from the A38. See our ‘Finding us’ page.

Although we normally allow no pets, we do our best to make exceptions where possible. Please contact us to discuss your pet before booking.  

We provide a continental breakfast for a small addition fee of £5 per head.

We are more than happy to have you stay as long as you wish and do our best to offer discounts for long stays. Please contact us to discuss this further. 

We provide Free Parking for all our guests.

Both of our rooms at Devonshire House have private access.

It's really simple...

When booking we prefer to offer a personal touch and require that you contact us to confirm the dates you wish to stay before booking. Additionally, We do our absolute best to ensure that booking with us is as stress free as possible. Although we do have a few rules which are necessary for us to operate:

• We require a Non-refundable deposit of £20.00 or 20% whichever is greater, for all offline orders. Online orders require that the full balance be paid upon booking.
• For bookings of more than 5 nights, the full balance is payable in advance. For short-notice bookings we require the full balance on arrival.
• For long term lets one months refundable deposit and rent is payable one month in advance. Long term lets (one month +) are charged from £22 per night. Please contact us to discuss long term lets.
• Additional single beds are charged at £15 per night and are payable upon arrival.
• We do offer a washing service for clothing. Please let us know on arrival as this will incur an additional fee.

Cancellation of Orders

You can cancel an order by emailing or phoning us. However, cancellation of all orders will result in the loss of your initial deposit of 20% of the of booking or £20, whichever is greater.

Yes, it's not a huge amount of steps, no more than a normal household staircase.

We offer a washing service for a small additional charge. Alternatively, there are local launderettes within a short drive.
