Booking Policy

When booking we prefer to offer a personal touch and require that you contact us to confirm the dates you wish to stay before booking. Additionally, We do our absolute best to ensure that booking with us is as stress free as possible.

• We require a Non-refundable deposit of £20.00 or 20% whichever is greater when a booking is made, with the balance payable on arrival.
• For bookings of more than 5 nights, the full balance is payable in advance. For short-notice bookings we require the full payment on arrival.
• For long term lets one months refundable deposit and rent is payable one month in advance. Long term lets (one month +) are charged from £22 per night. Please contact us to discuss long term lets.
• Additional single beds are charged at £15 per night and are payable upon arrival.
• We do offer a washing service for clothing. Please let us know on arrival as this will incur an additional fee.

Prices

Please note, if paying online (through PayPal) there is an additional charge of 4%.

Cancellation of Orders

You can cancel an order by emailing or phoning us. However, cancellation of all orders will result in the loss of your initial deposit of 20% of the of booking or £20, whichever is greater.
